Autopromotec 2025

A few days ago, we returned from Bologna with a bag of valuable experiences and concrete plans for the future. The Autopromotec trade fair – one of the largest events for companies operating in the automotive equipment and spare parts market – proved to be an important milestone in our company’s over 30-year history.

So far, we have mainly built our position on the Polish automotive market. The decision to participate in Autopromotec was a natural consequence of the maturity of our solutions and our readiness for international expansion. Many weeks of preparation prior to the trip to Bologna confirmed the correctness of this strategy.

As predicted, the fair attracted a very high attendance. We had the opportunity to meet with our existing clients, as well as establish many new relationships that – we hope – will lead to new projects. Our booth was also visited by the President of the Association of Distributors and Manufacturers of Automotive Parts – Tomasz Bęben, with whom we exchanged impressions from the fair and discussed the current industry climate. Such contacts open up prospects for cooperation that go far beyond single transactions.

Building Relationships Based on Proven Foundations

Autopromotec gave us the opportunity for direct meetings with our current clients in an international context, which further strengthened our existing business relationships. Equally important was actively visiting our partners’ booths – this approach helps to better understand the industry ecosystem and identify new areas of synergy.

Each of these meetings has the potential to evolve into long-term cooperation. In the automotive IT industry, relationships are built over years, and trust is the foundation of every successful system implementation.

Partnership with TecAlliance – a New Quality of Services

A key moment of our participation in the fair was the official announcement that we became the first company in Poland to receive TecAlliance Gold Partner status.

Strengthening our partnership with TecAlliance will ensure that our users are the first to access new features. Additionally, as CAIRO-soft, we will participate in working groups dedicated to the development of TecAlliance products.

Development Perspectives on the International Arena

Experiences from Autopromotec confirm that our solutions have significant potential to compete in European markets. We are already preparing for the next trip in the fall of this year.
