Who will conduct the consultation?
Our sales representative will lead the first meeting. If technical issues are discussed, we will arrange an additional meeting with both a sales representative and an implementation specialist.
How to prepare for the consultation?
Gather information about your team, the number of licenses required in the new system, and the current tools that may need integration. Identify the current problems and challenges you want to solve, and define the goals and expectations related to the implementation. It will also help us greatly if you prepare a list of questions for discussion, which will allow us to better tailor the solutions to your needs. With this information, we can more effectively assist your organization.
How long does the consultation last?
The first consultation usually lasts 45 – 60 minutes. If the situation requires, we will schedule another meeting.
Will I receive an offer after the consultation?
After the consultation, we are often able to provide a preliminary offer, but the final offer will be presented after a pre-implementation analysis that takes into account all aspects – including any non-standard work related to a successful implementation.
