New stable version cairo.ERP FALCON5 / WMS – 5.613.13200

We are pleased to announce that we have released a new version of the cairo.ERP FALCON5 / WMS system. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the changes and new features.

List of changes and new features:

  • cairo.ERP / RETURNS CONTROL – a new parameter has been introduced (PARAMETERS > COMMERCIAL DOCUMENTS > RETURNS CONTROL – Removing items from issued DD) which determines whether products marked as blocked for return can be removed from issued assignment documents. – PRICE LIST – the possibility to select according to quantitative stock has been added.
  • cairo.ERP / SUPPLIER PRICE LISTS – in the supplier price list overview, the possibility to select products in the price list according to the delivery quantity status has been added (WAREHOUSE – F3 – CTRL+LEFT – SELECT ACCORDING TO – QUANTITY STATUS).
  • cairo.ERP / CUSTOMER PRICE LISTS – in the overview of customer price lists defined in the system (PRODUCT CATALOG > RIGHT > GENERATE PRICE LIST) the ability to search price lists by a fragment of the customer’s name has been introduced.
  • cairo.ERP / BASELINKER – new configuration options for sending data to BASELINKER have been added, specifying the type of images sent and the associations with vehicles. The settings are available in ADMINISTRATION > PARAMETERS > DIRECT CONNECTIONS > BASELINKER – INTEGRATION.
  • cairo.ERP / CUSTOMER RETURNS – in the overview of products returned by customers, the ability to search by a fragment of the product’s symbol has been introduced.
  • cairo.ERP / BASE PRICE 2 – a new price, BASE PRICE 2, has been introduced into the system, which can be used as a basis for defining markups for customers.
  • cairo.ERP / SALES REPORT – an additional column containing information for electronic documents has been added in the sales report.
  • cairo.ERP / WEBSERVICE – a new parameter, CUSTOMER DATA EDIT – ORDER PROGRAMS – WS – UNIQUE ORDER NUMBER, has been added, allowing verification of the uniqueness of the order number on customer-created reservations.
  • cairo.ERP / PRINT PROFILES – for invoice and assignment print profiles, the possibility to print information about the countries for which sales are blocked has been added.
  • cairo.ERP / INVOICES – a parameter has been added under PARAMETERS > COMMERCIAL DOCUMENTS > ASSIGNMENT > ASSIGNMENT CONVERSION > ASSIGNMENT NUMBER FOR INVOICE ITEM, which forces the recording of the assignment number for each sales invoice item, indicating that the product was issued from the warehouse.
  • cairo.WMS / RECEIVING ACCORDING TO RESERVATIONS – a parameter named RECEIVING ACCORDING TO RESERVATIONS COMPLETE ONLY – NOTIFY has been introduced. When set, the information about reservations awaiting receipt of goods additionally displays the number of reservations that can only be fulfilled as complete orders.
  • cairo.WMS / POCZTA POLSKA – in the integration with Poczta Polska, support for Pocztex shipments has been added.
  • cairo.WMS / WAREHOUSE TERMINAL – an additional confirmation prompt has been added before exiting the system at the warehouse terminal. This is to prevent accidental logout while navigating through menu options.
  • cairo.WMS / PACK-TO-LIGHT SUPPORT – the handling of packing goods using the PTL system has been modified. Currently, if a product can be packed into different packages, all of them will be indicated simultaneously. If you are interested in enabling the new packing mode, please contact our service department.
  • cairo.WMS / PRODUCT ISSUANCE – new permissions have been introduced defining access to the options ISSUANCE ACCORDING TO ROUTES and ISSUANCE ACCORDING TO SECTIONS. Currently, only operators with the appropriate permissions will be able to use them.
  • cairo.WMS / SCHENKER INTEGRATION – integration with the SCHENKER courier system has been introduced.
  • cairo.WMS / ORLEN PACZKA INTEGRATION – integration with the ORLEN PACZKA courier system has been introduced.
  • cairo.WMS / DPD INTEGRATION – for the integration with DPD, support for the cash-on-delivery amount has been added.
  • cairo.WMS / PRODUCT ISSUANCE – the method of assigning products for issuance has been optimized to minimize the need to change crates during goods picking.
  • cairo.WMS / DOCUMENT BLOCKING – the ability to unlock documents for picking only within the area of a selected sector has been added. Previously, it was only possible to unlock the entire document for the full warehouse area. This enables more flexible management of the issuance process.   • cairo.WMS / MAXIMUM CRATE WEIGHT – a parameter named MAX CRATE WEIGHT – DO NOT CONTROL OVERSIZED ITEMS has been introduced, which determines whether oversized items are also subject to control.
