New stable version cairo.ERP FALCON5 / WMS – 5.648.15253

We are pleased to announce that we have released a new version of the cairo.ERP FALCON5 / WMS system. We encourage you to review the changes and new features.

  • cairo.ERP / CONSIGNMENT NOTES – at the request of customers, we have introduced a series of changes in the appearance and content of the consignment note. The main objective of these changes was to improve its readability and ergonomics.
  • cairo.WMS / CRATES – we have added the ability to add a comment to a crate and enabled searching for crates by a fragment of the comment, which optimizes crate management. Additionally, the option to quickly release an empty crate from the view of crates defined in the system (*CRATES/OVERSIZED > right arrow > RELEASE CRATE) has been introduced. *Function available only for operators with the new permission: Management/Release empty crate
  • cairo.ERP / ROUTES – we have added the ability for batch management of excluded dates on routes, which saves a lot of time when modifying routes.
  • cairo.ERP / ASSIGNMENTS – for the view of contractor assignments (CONTRACTORS > F10 ASSIGNMENTS) we have added the ability to mark assignments assigned to the selected consignment note.
  • cairo.WMS / PACKING – we have introduced a new parameter (PACKING – ONLY FULLY COLLECTED) that blocks the possibility of packing crates containing partially collected orders. This limits the number of simultaneously open packages, thereby organizing the work of warehouse staff.
  • cairo.WMS / RECEIVING > DISPLAY OF QUALITY CONTROL RULES – we have added the ability to display detailed quality control instructions at the receiving stage, thereby optimizing and shortening the overall process, eliminating errors, and accelerating the adaptation of new employees.
  • cairo.WMS / GS1 LABEL GENERATION – we have added the ability to generate a selected number of GS1 labels, which allows for more flexible management of the labeling process. The labels will differ only by the SSCC code, which must be unique for each pallet.
  • cairo.ERP / SEND ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT – the ability to send an electronic document for unconfirmed documents has been blocked, thereby tightening the document circulation.
  • cairo.ERP / PRICE CORRECTION > PERMISSIONS – a new permission has been added that determines whether an operator can issue corrections modifying the prices of sold products. This makes the process more transparent and increases transaction security.
  • cairo.WMS / SECTORS – we have added the ability to “detach” selected shelves from a sector, resulting in them no longer being linked to that sector. This option is intended to optimize and streamline the warehouse structure, which impacts the accuracy of management, for example during inventory.
  • cairo.WMS / INTEGRATIONS – integration with the portal dodajpaczke.eu has been added, allowing system users to take advantage of new shipping options.
  • cairo.ERP / PERMISSIONS > EDIT PRODUCT GROUP – a new permission has been added that allows editing of the product group, which significantly enhances transaction security by eliminating the possibility of unauthorized changes.
  • cairo.ERP / CONDITIONAL UNLOCK – the change allows the deactivation of sales control after the deadline and post-deadline assignment up to a defined date. This allows for precise management of controls in cases of individual arrangements with clients subject to control.
  • cairo.WMS / CMR – CONSIGNMENT NOTE – the printing of the CMR document has been optimized.
  • cairo.WMS / WEBSERVICE – we have introduced a new method “getOrderStatus” that allows clients to verify the current order status directly via the API, ensuring they have up-to-date information without the need to contact the seller. This method is particularly useful for servicing clients using dropshipping.
  • cairo.ERP / BASELINKER > DEFAULT INVOICE PRINT – we have added the ability to specify a default invoice template for documents originating from the BASELINKER platform.
  • cairo.ERP / ALERTS – we have added functionality to automatically notify the operator (to a specified email address) about documents that were not automatically converted into assignment documents or were not successfully forwarded for release.   • cairo.WMS / SHIPPING FROM ALLEGRO – integration with the service “I SHIP FROM ALLEGRO” has been added, giving our clients the possibility to use an additional shipping channel.
  • cairo.ERP / PRODUCT AVAILABILITY > WAREHOUSE PRIORITY – the change introduces the possibility of sorting the overview by the fastest delivery defined for a given warehouse. WARNING!!! If you are interested in enabling this functionality, please contact our service department.
  • cairo.ERP / AUTO-CONVERSION > ONLY COMPLETE – we have added functionality that automatically warns the operator when attempting to process an incomplete order. This automation relieves the operator from the need for manual checking, thereby optimizing the entire process.
  • cairo.WMS / PERMISSIONS > new permissions “WAREHOUSE PICKUP” and “PRODUCT EXCHANGE” have been added, controlling access to these functionalities at the WMS level. The changes allow for an even better adjustment of permissions to the needs and scope of the operators’ competencies.
  • cairo.ERP / CUSTOMER RETURNS > CORRECTIONS – we have added the ability to generate a single document for multiple corrected documents, which significantly reduces the number of issued documents.   • cairo.ERP / CONTRACTORS > ADDRESS – at the request of operators, the number of characters that can be entered in the “street” field has been increased.
  • cairo.ERP / MINIMUM MARGIN CONTROL – we have added the possibility to specify base prices as the basis for minimum margin control, thereby achieving an even better alignment with our users’ needs.
  • cairo.ERP / LOGS – we have added logs for operations related to “as of date” stock levels, which gives us even greater control over the activities undertaken in this area.

PRICE LIST GENERATION

We have introduced a series of changes in the price list generation module for clients aimed at expanding its functionality in line with the expectations of system users. They include, among others:

  • we have introduced a new permission “EDIT CLIENT PRICE LIST PROFILES” which allows for adding profiles and editing existing ones.
  • we have added new columns that can be included in the price list, enabling an even better tailoring of the document to the needs of operators and clients.
  • we have expanded the logs related to price list generation, thereby giving operators the ability to independently monitor the processes without the need to contact our service department.
  • we have introduced the possibility of independently managing the price list generation schedule in a day-hour format, without the need to contact the service department, allowing for full control and convenient changes.
  • we have enabled defining an arbitrary file name for a given price list.

We have added the possibility to specify from which warehouses the price lists should be generated and whether the values should be summed or separated. A “MG STOCK” column has been added, which creates the appropriate number of columns containing the stock level for each warehouse.
