In the latest updates, we have focused on process automation, improving integration performance, and enhancing the convenience of users’ day-to-day work. Below is a summary of the most important changes that streamline sales, logistics, warehouse operations, and settlements.
✅ Integrations and direct connections
- INTER CARS – the performance of the direct connection has been optimized for orders exceeding 100 items (previous limit).
- AUTO PARTNER Bieruń – the integration has been extended to support multiple currencies on both the customer and supplier sides.
✅ OSS and VIES
- An indication has been added to the VAT invoice printout if the document is subject to the OSS procedure.
- The mechanisms for handling OSS transactions have been rebuilt, enabling significant automation of these transactions. Interested customers are kindly asked to contact our service team.
- VIES – a number of enhancements have been introduced to customer status verification, increasing the precision of validation.
✅ Price lists and sales
- New columns have been added to the customer price list view: price list activity status; information whether an FTP address is specified for price list distribution
- Copying a price list generation profile – a new feature that enables quick creation of new configurations. The copied profile is inactive by default, allowing data verification and editing before activation.
✅ Management and administration
- Branch auto-replenishment – the ability to copy profiles (CTRL+END) has been added, improving configuration management.
- License monitor – new sorting options (including by operator inactivity time) and operator search functionality (HOME).
- Minimum reservation value – a new parameter has been added allowing selected warehouses to be excluded from this control, enabling precise configuration of how this mechanism operates.
✅ National e-Invoicing System (KSeF)
- The system has been adapted for document exchange (sending and receiving) with the National e-Invoicing System.

✅ Shipments and couriers
- INPOST Courier – the integration now supports parameters determining whether shipment notifications are sent to the recipient (SMS / e-mail).
- SCHENKER – support for the new SCHENKER API has been introduced. Customers using earlier versions of the integration are requested to contact the service team.
- SCHENKER – handling of multiple pallets has been improved. It is now possible to report multiple pallets in a single shipment order, including specifying their number and dimensions (Module: Parcel Shipment).
- Allegro Shipping – support for cash on delivery (COD) payments has been added.
✅ Parcels and warehouse operations
- Parcels – it is now possible to change a parcel’s route directly from the warehouse operator’s terminal. This option is available to authorized operators during the courier shipment procedure.
