New version cairo.B2B 2.6

We have released a new version of the cairo.B2B system (version 2.6) for our customers. If you are interested in the update, please contact our software support department / HELPDESK at (+48 89 533 95 07; helpdesk@cairo.pl).

New Features:

Minimum Order Value: We have introduced a new method for calculating the minimum order value in the B2B system, allowing the selection from three options: the value of all products, the value of available products, and the value of available products taking into account the minimum value from the ERP system. The new mechanism only considers the net order values, which allows for more precise calculations. Customers receive information on whether they have reached the minimum order value, enabling them to make quick decisions on further steps. It is also important that the new mechanism introduces restrictions already at the B2B stage, which protects the ordering process from incorrect transactions. This allows both sellers and customers to use the system more efficiently and safely, translating into better business results.

The “I Want to Buy” Function: The possibility to inquire about a product once a day has been introduced, allowing users to regularly express interest in products. This makes it easier to monitor product demand. New fields have been added to track the number of inquiries and the date of the last inquiry, which helps in better data management. Products in the inquiry history are displayed after stock is found, ensuring more accurate data. Customers can now use the “I Want to Buy” button daily, increasing user convenience.

Quantitative Statistics for the Manufacturer Filter: Quantitative statistics for the manufacturer filter have been introduced in all locations where the product list is displayed (categories, product groups, tires). Now, the number of available products is visible next to each manufacturer in the filter. This helps customers quickly find products from a specific manufacturer and better manage search results. This change improves the clarity and usability of the site.

Quantity in Cart When Adding to Order: Changes have been made to the process of adding products to the cart. Now, when adding a product (before it is added), the user sees a message about the total quantity of that product in the cart, which provides better control over the order. This helps avoid repeatedly adding the same product to the cart.

Personalization of Ended Promotions in B2B: This function introduces personalization of ended promotions in the B2B system. Now, if a promotion is visible longer than its duration, the following actions are taken: the promotion is hidden from the product list, products are not highlighted in yellow (except those with an active promotion on the product), and if the promotion is the only one available, the “CHECK BONUSES” button is removed. Additionally, on the /bonuses page, the message “PROMOTION ENDED” appears. These changes aim to provide a more personalized user experience and eliminate the visibility of ended promotions.

TecDoc – Brand Liststandard mode / popular only.

Within this function, the user gains access to two filtering modes for the brand list in the TecDoc MMT system:

  • Standard mode: In this mode, all available brands are visible regardless of their popularity. The user can browse the full list of brands according to their preferences or needs.
  • “Popular Only” mode: In this mode, only those brands marked as popular in the TecDoc system are displayed. The user gains quicker access to the most popular brands, which facilitates selection and speeds up the browsing process.

Thanks to these modes, the user can more quickly find the brands of interest and customize the display of the brand list to their preferences and needs. This is particularly useful for users who frequently use the same brands or are looking for the most popular options.

For TecDoc native only.

Changes:

Visible Stocks in JSON Despite Mask – logistic_grid: Optimization of stock masking to hide their true values so that they cannot be read using developer tools.

Sorting of Filters with Diacritical Letters: Improves the readability and usability of filters for users by introducing sorting that takes diacritical letters into account. This enables users to more easily and quickly find the desired items in the filter list, contributing to better navigation and efficiency when using the platform.

Product Page – Applications: Changes have been made to the display of the list of vehicle types associated with the product. If the number of vehicles is less than 700, a standard view with filters is displayed. When the number is greater than 700, pagination is enabled, the filter column disappears, and the list of types occupies the full width of the page. In pagination mode, the list functions like a product list with automatic loading of subsequent pages when scrolling. These changes improve performance and usability when handling products associated with a large number of vehicles.

Contextual Tooltip – Canceling the Query: In the version 2 search view, the mechanism for sending queries via the web browser has been optimized.
