New stable version cairo.ERP FALCON5 / WMS – 5.626.13836

We are pleased to announce that we have released a new version of the cairo.ERP FALCON5 / WMS system. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the changes and new features.

List of changes and new features:

  • cairo.ERP / PROMOTIONS/BONUSES – the ability to cumulatively calculate the turnover of related contractors has been introduced. This is controlled by the parameter in the promotion definition: CONTRACTOR TURNOVER – own only / sum related contractors.
  • cairo.ERP / BANK STATEMENTS – in the bank statement items overview, the ability to filter by the contractor’s abbreviated name has been introduced.
  • cairo.ERP / DIRECT CONNECTIONS – integration with the system of SP EUROPE has been introduced. The integration includes the ability to check current prices and availability, place orders, and import purchase documents.
  • cairo.ERP / CMR – modifications have been introduced in the printing of the CMR document to improve its readability, and information about the carrier and any subsequent carriers has been added.
  • cairo.ERP / BULK VALUE CORRECTIONS – in the mechanism for issuing bulk value documents, the ability to select specific documents from a list to be included in the correction value calculation has been added. Previously, all documents meeting the criteria were always included.
  • cairo.ERP / CREDIT LIMIT – the parameter COMMERCIAL TERMS > CREDIT LIMIT – CONTROL RESERVATIONS, which determines whether reservations are taken into account in the credit limit check, has now been introduced in the contractor data as well, allowing for different settings for different contractors. If no setting is provided, the system operates in accordance with the general parameter (COMMERCIAL TERMS > CREDIT LIMIT – CONTROL RESERVATIONS).
  • cairo.ERP / DOCUMENT EXPORT – the list of fields available for document export has been expanded to include TECdoc MANUFACTURER and TECdoc SYMBOL.
  • cairo.ERP / PERMISSIONS – a new permission has been introduced that allows operators to edit prices on documents, but only to increase them (SALES PRICE CORRECTION ONLY UP). This enables even better alignment of operator permissions with current user needs.
  • cairo.ERP / DOCUMENT EXPORT – the list of fields available for document export has been expanded to include the DOCUMENT ITEM DESCRIPTION.
  • cairo.ERP / BASELINKER – support for sending sales documents to BASELINKER upon issuance has been introduced. This automates sales handling through that channel. The mechanism requires the appropriate parameters to be set in the BASELINKER integration definition.
  • cairo.ERP / INVOICES – a parameter has been added under PARAMETERS > COMMERCIAL DOCUMENTS > ASSIGNMENT > ASSIGNMENT CONVERSION > ASSIGNMENT NUMBER FOR INVOICE ITEM, which forces the recording of the assignment number for each sales invoice item, indicating that the product was issued from the warehouse.
  • cairo.WMS / RECEIVING ACCORDING TO RESERVATIONS – a parameter named RECEIVING ACCORDING TO RESERVATIONS COMPLETE ONLY – NOTIFY has been introduced. When set, the information about reservations awaiting receipt of goods additionally displays the number of reservations that can only be fulfilled as complete orders.
  • cairo.WMS / POCZTA POLSKA – in the integration with Poczta Polska, support for Pocztex shipments has been added.
  • cairo.WMS / WAREHOUSE TERMINAL – an additional confirmation prompt has been added before logging out from the system at the warehouse terminal. This is to prevent accidental logout when navigating between menu options.
  • cairo.WMS / PACK-TO-LIGHT SUPPORT – the handling of packing goods using the PTL system has been modified. Currently, if a product can be packed into different packages, all of them will be indicated simultaneously. If you are interested in enabling the new packing mode, please contact our service department.
  • cairo.WMS / PRODUCT ISSUANCE – new permissions have been introduced to determine access to the options ISSUANCE ACCORDING TO ROUTES and ISSUANCE ACCORDING TO SECTIONS. Currently, only operators with the appropriate permissions will be able to use them.
  • cairo.WMS / SCHENKER INTEGRATION – integration with the SCHENKER courier system has been introduced.
  • cairo.WMS / ORLEN PACZKA INTEGRATION – integration with the ORLEN PACZKA courier system has been introduced.
  • cairo.WMS / DPD INTEGRATION – for the integration with DPD, support for the cash-on-delivery amount has been added.
  • cairo.WMS / PRODUCT ISSUANCE – the method of assigning products for issuance has been optimized to minimize the need to change crates during goods picking.
  • cairo.WMS / DOCUMENT BLOCKING – the ability to unlock documents for picking only in the area of a selected sector has been added. Previously, it was only possible to unlock the entire document for the full warehouse area. This enables more flexible management of the issuance process.   • cairo.WMS / MAXIMUM CRATE WEIGHT – a parameter named MAX CRATE WEIGHT – DO NOT CONTROL OVERSIZED ITEMS has been introduced, which determines whether oversized items are also subject to control.
